The Prather family has been serving the Central Kentucky community since 1901 through four generations. One of Michael’s great grandfathers owned a car dealership called Prather Brothers, while another one of his great grandfathers founded the Georgetown staple, Fava’s Restaurant in 1910. Just like the Prather family members before us, you can find our team members highly involved in their local communities, volunteering their time to a wide variety of organizations when they aren’t busy with real estate.
