Our administrative Success Team handles all the "behind the scenes" real estate business with each transaction. Jen oversees the Success Team and the daily operations of the entire team, working to streamline processes, expand the team, and facilitate the professional and personal growth of all members of The Prather Team. Prior to joining The Prather Team Jen was the Associate Executive Director of an independent YMCA in Western NY. She is a graduate of Georgetown College.
Helen joins The Prather Team with both real estate and business experience. Helen started her real estate career in 7th grade as an office assistant at a top brokerage in Central KY and from there became a real estate paralegal after college. She moved on from paralegal work to help build three very successful family businesses and has decided to come back to her true love...real estate. Helen strives to provide the best experience possible for everyone involved in all of our transactions.
A lifetime resident of Georgetown, husband to Katy, and father to Michael, Larry was involved with retail auto sales until 2001. He then began helping Katy in her real estate business. He has been taking photos for over 30 years and now enjoys applying his expertise in photography to our real estate listings. Larry has had several award-winning photos in art shows and will showcase the very best aspects of your home.
Madie is a Cyberbacker and joined The Prather Team in 2021. She helps the Success Team provide support to our agents by completing a wide variety of tasks. Madie has strong sales experience as she sold luxury cars previous to becoming a Cyberbacker in 2020. She understands how important it is for a business to have great administrative professionals who help keep all facets of the business moving forward and allow each team member to focus on his/her area of strength. Madie resides in The Philippines.
