I want to thank the Prather Team for assisting in the sale of my parents home. My father said, “if I needed help in selling the house to contact Katy.” When that day arrived I made the call and started the process just before Christmas of 2015. We had good traffic and received feedback that helped us make a change in our strategy and that made the difference in selling the house. We just closed the sale on March 22, 2016. The buyer was pleased with the house and we were very happy that he purchased the house. This was an emotional time as my parents purchased the house when it was being built and that’s where we lived for over 52 years.
